Work log
What each builder wrote when withdrawing from the stream, newest first.
Preparing for launching p/dash: github.com/posaune0423/p_dash (I'm working on offchain proof part.)
launching p/war: github.com/pixelaw/p_war
Launching PixeLAW on Devnet.
Launching War3 on Blast mainnet
work on PixeLAW. Two outputs are coming in next month: "Disentangling Composability and Interoperability(article)" and "incentive propagation mechanism(whitepaper or smth)"
roll-op: integrate blockscout + update to Canyon, 0xFable: implement various game actions, proof bypass & deterministic testing, improve state updates and derivation
0xFable: wallet-less transaction signing via custom wagmi connector, integrate circuit with frontend (found a bug in snarkjs!) & logic to prove in web worker (github.com/0xFableOrg/0xFable/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is…) ;; cross-chain research: set initial direction (0xFableOrg/xchain#1)
Re-engineered another 10% of concrete-geth. Added gas-prices to EVM operations. Built codegen tools for solidity libraries calling precompiles and golang statically typed storage structs and tables. [1] Implemented cannon proofs. [2] Created benchmarks comparing native Go, the EVM, and multiple WebAssembly runtimes and languages. [3][4] Re-wrote ticking-optimism. [5] -- [1]…
work on roll-op (formerly simple-op-stack-rollup), now able to deploy a rollup to any EVM chain
Re-engineered 70% of the concrete-geth codebase to incorporate significant enhancements: integrated EVM compatibility into the precompile API, doubled the execution speed of WASM precompiles, and incorporated an e2e testing tool, among others. github.com/concrete-eth/concrete-geth
woopsies
work on 0xFable (revamp proofs + frontend commit + prove flow), multiple talks on rollups for games at EthCC, design notes + 1 talk on decentralized/shared sequencing, work on devops to easily deploy op-stack (github.com/0xFableOrg/simple-op-stack-rollup)
work on 0xFable + decentralized/shared sequencing in June and a bit in July
Building tools for onchain games and general dx ethereum-indexer, forge-deploy, forge-exec
work on 0xFable over the month of May: github.com/norswap/0xFable
Products, tools, and education for the Ethereum ecosystem.
